My Loud Humidifier
I never realized that the cool mist humidifierwe bought in a sale two months ago was a really loud humidifier until a few of my friends told me so. This could be the reason it was for sale then. It was a garage sale and the previous owner had told us that he rarely used the unit.
The humidifier looked quite new and was still under warranty when I bought it at a really decent price. I was having nose congestion in the mornings and thought a humidifier might help. When I brought it home and turned it on, it worked rather well and I was pleased.
There was a loud whirring noise but I thought it was normal with all cool mist humidifiers. It did help my nose congestion and since I am not a light sleeper, the whirring sound never bothered me. In fact, it has become a white noise that I got used to!
